ADVERTISING PLACEMENT Advertising placed in the DSI Black Pages or on the DSI Website cannot be returned, but can be canceled within three days of order placement.
EXHIBITION BOOTHS Exibition booths cannot be returned, but can be cancelled at least 30 days before event; within 30 days of event no cancellation request will be accepted.
OTHER PRODUCTS All other products except Advertising Placements And Exhibition booths may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping products in original packaging back to DSI Black Pages. Returned products must be shipped to DSI Black Pages - P.O. Box 18933 - Raleigh, NC 27615. Once product is received in an acceptable condition a refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days for the amount paid less shipping charges.
